Grown with love: Our Ashwagandha is backyard grown in small batches using organic gardening methods. It started as one small plant that was the muse of my early herbal studies. The moderate year-round climate of southern California allowed it to thrive and drop seeds for continued generations. After a two year growing cycle, the roots are harvested in the Fall at the height of the plant’s potency, then dried for tincture making or ground into a fine powder.

To use: take 1-3 droppers (one squeeze) directly under the tongue, or in a glass of water, as needed. Long term use recommended for best results.
