Hydrosol Mist

Our zen hydrosol is steam distilled from fresh plant material grown in my garden in coastal California and picked at the peak of freshness after the morning dew has gently faded. Hydrosol Mist is available in two (2) varieties: Rose Geranium and Rosemary. The light floral aroma of rose geranium is crisp, clean and refreshing, spritzed in an ultra-fine mist reminiscent of of sea mist. Rosemary is herbaceous and up-lifting.

Rose Geranium, also simply known as Geranium is balancing and restorative, mildly astringent and skin neutral pH between 4.5-6.5.

Recommended skin types: All. Dry, Sensitive, Mature, Normal, Combination, Oily, Irritated/Inflamed.

Rosemary, the beautiful “dew of the sea,” is a circulatory stimulant herb (blood & lymph) and astringent. It’s earthy scent brings balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Rosemary improves focus and memory.

Actions: Anti-inflammatory, Antimicrobial / Aromatic

Ingredients:  fresh rosemary and distilled water

Instructions for use: Spritz gently anytime a refresh is needed. Can be used on the face (like toner), the body or mixed with other zen products.  Carefully avoid spraying in eyes.  

Recommendations: Pair with Sandy Cheeks gentle exfoliating cleansing scrub.
